1. Service Overview

Speak Easy CRM (“the Service”) is a cloud-based customer relationship management system created by Speaking 4 Profit, LLC, designed specifically for professional speakers and consultants. The Service includes CRM setup, automations, and ongoing access to CRM tools and resources.

By purchasing or using the Service, you (“Client,” “User,” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Setup Fee & Implementation

The Setup Fee of $500 (USD) is non-refundable.

The setup fee covers the customization, automation buildout, and account configuration required to launch your CRM.

Work on your CRM will not begin until payment is received in full.

3. Monthly Subscription

Speak Easy CRM requires an ongoing subscription fee of $65 per month.

This fee covers hosting, maintenance, platform access, and continued functionality of all CRM tools and automations.

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days from the initial billing date.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email to [email protected] or through your client dashboard.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid the next charge.

Upon cancellation, your CRM access will remain active until the end of your paid billing period.

5. Failure to Pay / Account Suspension

If payment for your monthly subscription is not successfully processed, your CRM access will be temporarily suspended.

If payment is not received within 7 days, your account and data may be permanently deleted from the system.

Speaking 4 Profit, LLC is not responsible for any loss of data due to payment failure or account termination.

6. Refund Policy

All setup fees are non-refundable.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

-All CRM templates, workflows, automations, and materials are the intellectual property of Speaking 4 Profit, LLC.

-Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the CRM for their own speaking business.

-Redistribution, resale, or duplication of the CRM setup, workflows, or branding is strictly prohibited without written consent.

8. Data & Privacy

You own the data you input into the CRM (contacts, deals, forms, etc.).

Speaking 4 Profit, LLC may access your account only for technical support, troubleshooting, or maintenance purposes.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

9. System Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify the CRM features, integrations, or pricing at any time.

Clients will be notified in advance of any pricing changes or significant feature updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

Speaking 4 Profit, LLC is not liable for:

-Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the CRM.

-Any loss of income, business opportunities, or client data.

The CRM is provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
